Products and documents
Are TDS, SDS and COA available?
Availability depends on the selected product and grade. Request the current TDS and SDS before a trial; confirm a batch COA with the order.
Are TIPA, TEA and DEIPA finished grinding aids?
No. They are formulation raw materials. A finished grinding-aid product contains a developed composition and requires its own specification and trial.
Are packaging, MOQ and lead time published?
Not as universal values. They are confirmed after product, quantity, destination and current commercial conditions are identified.
Dosage and trials
What dosage should a plant use?
Use the current product guidance as a starting range and establish the optimum through controlled laboratory and full-scale mill trials. The online calculator converts a user-selected dosage; it does not prescribe one.
Can a higher mill output be accepted immediately?
No. Compare output at equivalent cement composition, fineness, residue and strength. A quality reduction is not a valid throughput gain.
What data should be sent for selection?
Cement/material type, mill and circuit, t/h, kWh/t, Blaine, residue, strength, setting, primary objective, estimated quantity and destination.
Claims and certification
Do ISO certificates prove product performance?
No. ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 are company management-system certifications. Product performance requires product documents and trial evidence.
Are online performance figures guaranteed?
No. Values labelled as industry or catalogue references are context, not a guarantee. The current TDS and controlled trial govern product evaluation.
